Built on area of (33412 m2), It is considered one of the biggest hotels in Egypt with more than 500 rooms, residential apartments, a grand lobby, a spa, a shopping mall(3,300 m2), four pool areas, banquet facilities, basement parking, several restaurants, laundry and housekeeping facilities, and a delivery/service zone. The character of this project was drawn from the authentic architectural environment of Arabic design and traditional essence.
